If you have a piece of equipment we manufactured that is in need of service or repair, please contact High Q directly to discuss the issue and how it can best be resolved. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING HIGH Q DENTAL.

When sending product to High Q please follow these step:

     Contact High Q via phone, email or fax (see contact page for information).

     If it is determined your equipment should be sent to us for further evaluation, we will issue you an RMA number specific to your issue.

     We will provide the correct address where to send the unit.

     If your unit is not covered by warranty, you will be notified of any costs involved before any work is done.
